I offer sessions that weave together the wisdom of medicine, intuition, and embodied healing. As a family physician, intuitive coach, and somatic therapist, I support people in moving beyond the patterns that keep them stuck—whether in relationship with themselves, with others, or with Source.

 

My approach blends A Course in Miracles–based coaching, somatic and trauma-informed practices, craniosacral therapy, yoga philosophy, and intuitive guidance. Together, we gently uncover and release the deep, often hidden imprints of trauma and conditioning that live in the body and shape our lives.

 

Sessions are held with tenderness, love, and hope—creating a safe space where transformation is not only possible, but inevitable.
